Why do coffee wood marble prices change between suppliers?

Because the name covers several beds and the beds are not interchangeable, and because the freight is calculated from different ports. Two quotations under the same name can be two different stones at two different delivered costs, and neither is wrong until you ask which bed and which port.

Slabs loaded for shipment. The freight is a real part of what a stone costs.

Reference photographs. They show the material and the finish; they are not photographs of goods we made, and the colour on screen is not a colour-match.

The figures, and where each one comes from

What to ask for Why it matters
The block number Identifies the bed and the batch
The port of loading Shuitou and Xiamen are not the same cost to most destinations
The bed and thickness The bed decides the yield; the thickness decides the freight
Whether the price is per square metre of slab or of net usable The difference on a cut-to-size order is large

Why it behaves the way it does

A marble quote has four moving parts and a buyer comparing two of them is usually comparing two of the four. The number that makes the comparison possible is the block number, and a quotation without one cannot be checked against anything that arrives.

What these figures are, and what they are not

We do not publish a price. We will quote against a specification, and the specification we need is the form, the thickness, the finish and the quantity.

If you are specifying this

We have not published products against this question yet. Send us the process, thickness and quantity and we will quote it against what we can actually form, rather than against a catalogue.
