How much does a Coffee Wood Marble container hold?

Roughly 450 square metres of 20 millimetre slab in a 20-foot container, about 120 slabs of 2400 by 1600. At 30 millimetres it is roughly 320 square metres, and at 10 millimetres roughly 950.

The figures, and where each one comes from

Thickness 20-foot 40-foot
10 mm about 950 m² about 1,900 m²
18 mm about 500 m² about 1,000 m²
20 mm about 450 m² about 900 m²
30 mm about 320 m² about 640 m²

Why it behaves the way it does

The container is the unit the trade prices in, and the square metres are what a buyer compares. The figure is calculated from the nominal slab size and the published density, so the last container of an order is never exactly the same as the first.

What these figures are, and what they are not

These are the areas this stone is published at for the thicknesses we supply. They are calculated, and we will confirm the figure for a specific order against the slabs we have on the ground.

If you are specifying this

We have not published products against this question yet. Send us the process, thickness and quantity and we will quote it against what we can actually form, rather than against a catalogue.
